The time an adolescent spends at a Three Springs Contract Program is often a period of academic gain leading to overall growth and success.
These adolescents participate in school programs licensed by the states in which they are located. A traditional school year offers educational opportunity for all residents as a part of his individualized treatment plan. Summer school is conducted in order for residents to advance in courses in which they may have missed or failed in previous academic environments.
Upon admission to a Three Springs Contract Program each new resident takes the Woodcock-Johnson achievement test in order to evaluate academic assets or deficiencies. Once evaluated, a complete individualized educational curriculum is implemented thereby increasing the resident/student’s chances for success.
Three Springs students earn course credits transferable to his next academic setting.
