Three Springs believes in a therapeutic community model. We believe that residential treatment is intended to create a break and change in the behavioral patterns of troubled adolescents, reconciliation with family members and successful transition back into the family and community.
Our therapeutic communities within the program setting are supported through a system of positive peer culture influence, and leadership with our milieu as a venue of treatment. The treatment model evolved from combining clinical, psycho-social and cognitive-behavioral evidenced- based elements and practices.
Three Springs embraces a holistic approach with a detailed system of behavioral standards that addresses an array of emotional and behavioral difficulties that often co-occur with adolescents. Treatment planning and decisions regarding the program's response to client behaviors are flexible and individualized. Treatment and education are gender specific and follow a phased level system format consistent with the needs and progress of our youth.
