
All Three Springs staff and faculty members possess Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degrees, extensive field-specific training and comprehensive training in the Three Springs treatment philosophy. Most treatment staff members hold Masters degrees and credentialing appropriate to their positions to ensure that your child achieves his or her goals.
Quality of Care. All Three Springs residents have access to our consulting psychologists and psychiatrists; we also work with your referring professional to make sure he or she remains involved in your child’s care.
All Direct Care Counselors, who work with your child on a daily basis, hold Bachelors degrees in social sciences or therapeutic education.
All Family Services Workers, who work with your whole family, hold Bachelors degrees in social science are supervised Masters-level counselors.
Program faculty, or Education Staff, meets all national, state and local requirements for licensing and accreditation. All courses are taught by certified teachers who are specifically trained and experienced in their subject areas. Many of our teachers are also certified as special education teachers and are trained to work with Independent Educational Plans (IEPs).
Continuing Education. In addition to prior education and annual continuing education, Three Springs staff members are required to attend Counselor Orientation Training.
This intensive program-specific training assures continuous individual growth and skills development and a strong culture of teamwork. Additionally, we encourage ongoing individual professional development, research and scholarship.
